Come and experience this slow, rhythmic breathing class and learn how to tune into your own resilience for self-healing. All are welcome. 

Understand how six breaths per minute can reduce stress and anxiety, create a better mind-body balance and potentially tap into higher states of consciousness.  Notice the difference it makes in as little as 20 minutes. Then let your breath- not your mind, determine whether your entire body needs to be re-energized, soothed or rebalanced.
