A deep release 60 min hatha yoga class designed to relax, de-stress and rejuvenate you at every level. Slower than a dynamic practice, but still challenging, these classes have an emphasis on deep stretches, alignment, conscious breathing and individual attention, accompanied to live Indian classical music to enhance your experience. Open to all levels.
Ahluwalia has been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2010. Her teaching style is characterised by warmth, intuition, and clear communication, encouraging students to go beyond the physical postures of yoga and to delve into the philosophy that underlies it.

Please wear loose clothing, avoid eating a heavy meal before class and bring your own water. Sanitised yoga mats are provided but bring your own if you prefer. Doors open 15 mins before the start time. No admission 5 mins after the session has started.
